Garden of Eatin' Beef Tacos

Tonight we made beef tacos using the Garden of Eatin' Taco Kit and they were delicioso! The meal couldn't have been easier or tasted better!
The meat was cooked and seasoned within 10 minutes and the shells were warmed in the oven in just 5! I cut up some romaine, avocado, red onions, mango, limes and shredded some Monterrey Jack Cheese. I placed the meat in the taco and Lizzie was in charge of everyone's toppings. She did an excellent job!
We had rice and 365's canned refried beans without added oil on the side. (The beans tasted as good as they looked...so next time around I'll probably just serve black beans).
