Quick Cuban Sandwich
Meal #11:
Dad brought leftover roast pork so we could make my favorite sandwich...The Cuban! Pork, ham, Swiss, pickles and yellow mustard...what else could you want in a hearty, tasty sandwich? (I didn't grill the sandwich, which is traditionally done to get the bread crisp and the cheese nice and gooey but it was delicioso nonetheless!)
